Or have you ever wondered what you needed to do to encourage yourself, or how to seek help from a friend, neighbor, or professional that maybe can offer some insight into why you are cycling through a serious case of the blues? Questioning if others notice your mood swings that appear to have a mind of its own.
How about searching endlessly for what you feel like you should be doing with your life, but still haven’t quite figured it out yet?
Be Free 2 Love will help keep you encouraged, laugh, and provide feedback on how to make improvements to your self-care as well as get some feedback on ways to make positive changes in your relationships with others.
There is something so unique and exciting about being able to let your guard down, and work on yourself and be able to have fulfilling and healthy relationships.
Together, my hope is that we are able to discover life long happiness, love ourselves and others as freely as we possibly can!
Sharece has been blogging since 2015. She is passionate about helping others and has experience in the mental health field treating individuals, couples, and leading group sessions in a variety of areas. She received her degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling, and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is originally from the Western NY area, and spends her time growing in her faith, enjoying her loving husband and two children, family, reading, blogging, and discovering new foods to eat.
